Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Own and develop relationships with key accounts across eCommerce, Grocery, or Wholesale channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Channel Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of the specified channels to identify growth opportunities, optimize performance, and enhance customer engagement.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute tailored account plans to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations, including JBP (Joint Business Planning), pricing, promotions, and trade terms to maximize account profitability.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and category teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and ensure operational excellence.
Data Analysis: Use data insights and analytics to track account performance, forecast sales, and make data-driven recommendations.
Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and channel developments to proactively address challenges and seize opportunities.

Experience: Proven experience in national account management within the eCommerce, Grocery, or Wholesale channels, ideally within FMCG or a related sector.
Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation skills and a track record of delivering revenue and profitability growth.
Relationship Building: Exceptional ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Analytical Skills: Competent in using data to drive insights, forecast trends, and make strategic decisions.
