We are partnering with a globally recognized blue-chip organization to recruit a talented and experienced Senior National Account Manager to lead and grow key Grocery accounts. You will play a pivotal role in managing strategic relationships with leading retailers, driving sales growth, and delivering category-leading solutions in a competitive and dynamic market.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Leadership: Take ownership of major Grocery accounts, building and managing senior-level customer relationships to drive long-term growth and mutual success.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that align with both customer and business objectives, delivering sustainable growth.
Commercial Management: Lead high-value negotiations on pricing, promotions, and trade terms, ensuring both profitability and competitive positioning.
Category Development: Partner with internal category and insights teams to identify trends, deliver tailored solutions, and optimize category performance for customers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure seamless execution and best-in-class service delivery.
Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage sales data, market insights, and analytics to forecast performance, inform strategies, and identify growth opportunities.
Market Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to maintain a competitive advantage in the Grocery sector.
Competitive salary up to £70,000 - £80,000 (DOE)

Experience: Proven track record as a Senior National Account Manager, ideally within the Grocery sector, with experience managing complex accounts in a blue-chip or FMCG environment.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to influence and lead both internal and external stakeholders to deliver strategic objectives.
Commercial Acumen: Strong financial and analytical skills, with a proven ability to drive revenue and profitability growth.
Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships at a senior level.
